Support Worker Applications
SUPPORT WORKER VACANCIES AVAILABLE:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in South Auckland. Our new support workers will provide care in the Manukau South Region: Manurewa, Takanini and Papakura.
About the role:
You’ll provide home‑based support guided by an individual Client Care Plan. This may include:
- Household support, including Meal Preparation.
- Personal care and daily living support.
- Social support and companionship.
- Approved complex care (where trained).
What we’re looking for:
- Availability to work weekends, especially Sundays (essential).
- Be punctual, reliable, well‑presented, and focused on quality service delivery.
- Cultural awareness and professionalism.
- Ability to follow health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Communicate clearly and report concerns promptly.
What you’ll need:
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
- Reliable transport.
- Availability for rostered hours.
- No formal qualifications required – training and development supported.
